Chicago’s 10th Ward is one of the most unique wards in the City. We are home to seven distinct neighborhoods; Hegewisch, East Side, South Deering, Jeffery Manor, Slag Valley, South Chicago, and The Bush. Nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan, it is the only ward that borders Indiana. Geographically we are also the largest ward in Chicago.
